Account Manager - Field-Based/Remote

As they continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and experienced Field-Based Account Manager with a strong background in welding to join the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, driving sales, and providing technical expertise to support our customers' needs in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the industrial, medical, welding, and special gases industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding welding products and solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase our welding solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in welding, with a strong technical background in various welding techniques and applications.
  • Previous experience in a sales or account management role, preferably field-based.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
