We are currently working with our client to recruit a yardman.
The role is full-time (Mon-Fri) and involves
Carrying out any repairs an external parts of their premises
To be considered we are looking for someone who
Is practical and can demonstrate experience in property maintenance
Is friendly and enthusiastic and works well in a team
Is proactive in identifying work to be done to continue to maintain and upgrade
Is supportive and flexible in meeting the dynamic needs in maintenance
Hold a full driving licence is willing to travel between depots (based in near Darlington) and has the right to work in the UK
