Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Assess and track children's progress, providing tailored support as needed.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall learning experience.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), or Level 6 early years qualification.
- Experience working in an early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
