The Role

We're seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our friendly finance team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our accounts receivable operations, including credit control.

Your responsibilities will not only be limited to ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, but also fostering effective communication within our business and with our valued external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full administration of credit control tasks.
  • Accurate and timely month-end reporting and reconciliation.
  • Assist in the preparation of VAT returns.
  • Support and cover for other team members as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

The Person

We are looking for someone who has:

  • AAT level 3 and ICM qualification desirable, or equivalently qualified by experience.
  • Proven experience in credit control and a finance department.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong communication skills, both courteous and firm.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, especially with numbers and data.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Excel and PowerPoint or PowerBI (intermediate to advanced), and experience with CRM systems like NOVIS.
