Temporary Attendance Officer – Secondary School, Tulse Hill
We are recruiting a Temporary Attendance Officer on behalf of a busy Secondary School in Tulse Hill to cover short-term sickness. This is an urgent requirement, and we are looking for a candidate who is available to start immediately.
Key Details:
- Position: Temporary Attendance Officer
- Location: Tulse Hill, South London
- Salary: £100-£120 per day (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and recording student attendance.
- Using SIMS (School Information Management System) to manage attendance data.
- Following up on absences and liaising with parents and carers.
- Updating the school's attendance systems and producing daily reports.
- Assisting with any other attendance-related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience using SIMS is essential.
- Previous experience in a school or education setting is desirable.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate.
