The difference you will make as a Repairs Manager
As a Repairs Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of contract service delivery on local contract/s, supporting the RPS Dartford Senior Management Team on delivery of high standard reactive, planned, statutory & non statutory repairs & refurbishment activities to Housing Client properties, ensuring teams operate to Mears defined branch standards and deliver best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards relating to budget, profitability and resource deployment.
You will support budget control activities by monitoring actual spend against forecast budgets and reporting accordingly.
