About The Job: �?

As a Business Development Executive, you will be a key member of their Customer Service Team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to both internal and external customers. By leveraging your communication skills and attention to detail, you will supply specific quotations and support the external sales teams. Your main focus will be on exceeding customer expectations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Annual Salary: £23900 - £25500 ??

Contract Type: Permanent, full time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commitment to providing first-class customer service.
  • Handling daily requests including quotes, queries, and calls.
  • Supporting quote chasing activities.
  • Creating meetings for Business Development Managers (BDMs) using dormant customers on SAP / NSI Register.
  • Cold/Warm calling existing customers and arranging meetings for BDMs.
  • Following up with customers after BDM meetings.
  • Maintaining high standards of data accuracy.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve departmental targets.
  • Gaining in-depth product knowledge of the organisation's product range.
  • Creating specific quotations using CRM system SAP.
  • Using MS Visio to design panel templates.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with multiple stakeholder demands.
  • Achievement of Customer Service KPIs.
  • Occasional field visits and prospect hunting with BDMs.
