The Role: As our Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of their company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation.
- Conducting risk management and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
- Analysing financial data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Supervising and managing financial department staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Utilising Sage 50 for financial reporting and accounting tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller, with a significant portion of that within the construction industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in Sage 50 is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Qualifications: An accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) is required.
