Our client is an established local law firm serving the local community and neighbouring areas. They specialise in multiple areas of law, and have a modern and forward-thinking approach to the way in which they work. They are looking for a Conveyancing Executive to join their team in Andover, working on a hybrid basis. Duties

Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion

Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales

Working closely with clients, solicitors, estate agents and any other parties

Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions
You
- You must have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience running a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Experience conducting title checks and raising enquiries
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Great communication skills
- Enthusiasm for the industry
- Proactive and self-motivated
