Plumber
Salary: up to £38.000 basic plus bonuses (up to £5,200 per annum) and opportunity for overtime –

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our clients reactive maintenance team, focusing on social housing properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to residents.
You will be working in a reactive maintenance team
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of plumbing systems in social housing properties.
On call and emergency call outs (overtime available)
Conduct inspections to identify plumbing issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure the timely completion of repairs.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist in the planning and execution of larger plumbing projects as needed.
Qualifications
Relevant plumbing qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds).
Driver's license.
Proven experience in plumbing, preferably in social housing or similar environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
Person Specification
- Full Driving licence (clean)
- Ability to undertake physically demanding work.
