Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Our client, a long established financial services company, seeks a qualified trainee mortgage advisor to join them in Bishops Waltham.

We are seeking an exceptional person who has the skills, attributes and drive to optimise the customer experience throughout the mortgage process.

The successful applicant will receive:

Main responsibilities of the Trainee Mortgage Advisor:

  • Building relationships with introducers
  • Attracting new customers and introducers
  • Walking customers through the entire mortgage service, including providing advice on a range of products to meet customer's needs

Skills and experience required to be a successful Trainee Mortgage Advisor:

  • Hold CeMap qualification or be in the process of completing it
  • Ability to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail orientated
  • Self motivated, adaptable and able to prioritise
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate and able to pick up new systems quickly
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle

The successful candidate will be working with existing as well as new mortgage customers. Therefore this is a pleasant opportunity to engage with clients who already know and trust the company.

This is an office based role

Working hours 9.30 am - 5.30 pm Mondays - Fridays
