Our client based just outside of Darlington is looking for a Head Kitchen Porter to work in a busy 5 star hotel events kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Expereience in the food service industry
- Strong communication skills
- Supervisory and dlegation skills
- Be flexible
The role will entail:
- Supervising all kitchen porters ensuring all work meets the clients stadards
- Implementing cleaning schedules
- Undertake cleaning duties
- Operate dishwasher
- Cleaning work surfaces
- Emptying bins
- Reporting malfunctions and breakages
- Comply to all health and safety regulations
This is a full time permanent position.
