Job title --Management Accountant-SAP
As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for a Management Accountant in Eastleigh, United Kingdom.
About the r ole
Daily Tasks
- Provide SAP personnel number support.
- Monitor and report on stock price changes.
- Assist in production order closure support.
Weekly Tasks
- Execute production order settlements.
Monthly Tasks
- Perform month-end tasks including account reconciliations, SAP vs Workday comparisons, payroll checks/reconciliation/journals, inventory review meetings, and GPR review meetings.
- Manage and control month-end tasks such as Tagetik leased assets, depreciation of fixed assets, opening/closing periods in SAP, accruals/prepayments, service/production order settlements, and reconciliation/journal of stocktaking differences, facilities cost distribution, management accounts file, and ATAQ.
- Monthly reporting on inventory, Rush, GPR, OBO , PEX, and CAPEX.
Quarterly Tasks
- Submission of the Swiss VAT.
- Completion of risk reports.
Annual Tasks
- Support the year-end audit processes.
- Assist in year-end statutory accounts support and absorption rates.
Ongoing Tasks
- Resolve SAP CORE errors and variances.
- Manage package A (42160 and 42227).
- Manage reconciliation and allocation of costs.
- Set up the AUC settlement process.
- Manage reallocation of costs caused by stocktaking variances.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
