Job Description:
It's a front line job which does not involve data transfer. Your dutiies will include:
- Arrange appointments for themselves
- Visit clients in their homes
- Change clients alarms to a digital option
- Carry out a test call whilst on site - after reprogramming or changing the equipment
- Keep accurate records of the units that they switch out or re-programme.
