Compensation and Benefits:

Flexible Working Hours:
- Full-time: 36.75 hours per week (Mon, Wed, Thurs 08:45 am - 04:45 pm, Tues 08:45 am - 05:30 pm, Fri 08:45 am - 04:30 pm).
- Part-time options available (must include Tuesday).
- Generous Holiday: Enjoy 56 days school holiday plus Bank Holidays (effective from 01/09/2024).

Training and Qualifications:

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Background in teaching or experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities or special educational needs.
- Qualifications: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) along with a minimum Grade C/4 GCSE in English Language & Maths or equivalent.
- Compassion and Patience: A genuine desire to help children overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
