Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners in Year 5.
- Assessment: Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of the school's curriculum.
- Pastoral Care: Support the social and emotional development of pupils, ensuring their well-being and safety.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential
- Experience: Previous experience teaching at Key Stage 2 is highly desirable.
- Passion for Education: A strong commitment to high-quality teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on young lives.
- Creativity and Innovation: Ability to deliver creative lessons that engage and motivate students.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school community.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues.
