The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
The successful Senior Construction Project Manager will provide crucial leadership across a diverse range of commercial development projects, including office spaces, retail locations, and industrial units. From inception through to completion, you will be instrumental in steering project management strategies that ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple construction projects.
- Provide expert advice and leadership in the development and execution of project management plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the projects align with client requirements and industry standards.
- Drive the team towards achieving excellence in project delivery while maintaining strict adherence to budget and timelines.
The Senior Construction Project Manager
Ideal candidates will possess a robust background in construction project management, particularly within the commercial or infrastructure sectors. Essential experience include:
- A degree in Project Management or Quantity Surveying from a recognised institution.
- Accreditation from relevant industry bodies such as RICS, CIOB, or APM is highly desirable.
- A strong PM background within Consultancy environments
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and inspire project teams.
