Senior Fund Accountant Mayfair London £75,000-£85,000 plus bonus
- The basic salary range is between £75-£85k, plus a discretionary bonus (typically at 20%).
- The ideal candidate should be fully qualified with either ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
- Possess a strong educational background (with a minimum of 2:1 at a degree level) and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the private real estate sector.
- A good Knowledge of the UK and international tax regime as well as UK and international Accounting GAAPs is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in liaising with senior managers is required.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is a must.
- Proficiency with accounting systems and the ability to lead projects is also important.
The role will involve reviewing various accounts, preparing reports, and supervising another team member.
