Senior Client Accountant

The role: As a Senior Client Accountant, you will oversee all aspects of client and property accounting for multiple clients. You will work closely with other team to ensure the efficient and accurate management of client and tenant funds.
Key Responsibility
- Manage client and property accounting, oversea billing (service charges, rents, etc.)
- Handle the data management within the property management software
- Prepare completion statements, rent reviews, and interest calculations.
- Handle the onboarding and offboarding of new and outgoing instructions.
- Assist service charge accountant to reconcile and close year-end service charges.
- Conduct annual service charge cash reconciliations, addressing any issues.
- Bank reconciliation of client and tenant deposit accounts.
- Prepare and submit payover summary, Client statements, and VAT reports.
- Authorise and review supplier payments, managing client funding requests.
- Oversee and document client payments and tenant refunds.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in client accounting, with a focus on commercial property.
- Be proficient in a large asset management systems such as Tramps, Qube, Yardi etc
- Have excellent communication and written skills
