Cloud Team Lead

The Role:
Lead the Cloud team in expanding their SaaS offering, reporting directly to the Head of Software. You'll mentor and grow a team of developers, data analysts, and cloud engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Cloud team, including coaching, training, and performance management
- Oversee cloud software releases and day-to-day team operations
- Coordinate development activities and manage subcontractors/suppliers
- Support product roadmapping and ensure platform/cloud team success
- Participate in code reviews and develop software processes
- Ensure team understanding of technical standards and new features
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven team leadership and excellent people management skills
- Experience running sprint-based agile methodologies
- Track record of managing software product delivery
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Location
: Birmingham (1 day per week on-site)
Salary:
£90,000
