Temp role - ongoing (could go perm for the right candidate)
The role is full time, office based.
Holiday entitlement is 30 days including bank holidays
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday - Thursday, Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm.
Quality personnel are looking for a finance administrator to join our well established Pharmaceutical client based near Buckingham. The successful applicant will need to be a driver with a car due to location.
This role comes with full training and would suit a school/college/university leaver with good Maths and English.
The successful applicant would need to have a willingness to learn, be enthusiastic and adaptable.
Job responsibilities
Daily cash posting, reconciling and chasing incorrect payments
Weekly checks for credit checking and credit control
Looking into customers that are over credit limit
Matching/posting invoices, updating spreadsheet and going through statements
Querying incorrect invoices
Freight summary, supplementary invoices
Work alongside the wider finance team to complete the process' for month end
