Radley Green are partnering with an exciting and innovative scale-up business looking for their Head of Sales.
The role will report into the MD of this UK business that sells globally and will take ownership of managing a small sales team, driving sales across different channels. The role will manage, develop and executive sales strategies and hold full P&L and forecasting responsibilities.
The business is at an exciting phase of growth and development and this role with be directly responsible for driving revenue growth, developing market presence via a broad omnichannel approach including direct sales, online sales, partnerships and indirect channels globally.
This is a senior role within a small, but growing team, and will play a key role in growth and expansion.
This role will pay £60k - £67k base salary (DOE) with OTE up to £87k and is 2 days in the office.
The Head of Sales responsibilities:
- Manage, develop and grow a sales team of two people.
- Own full sales strategy to maximise revenue, growth and regional expansion
- Achieve both personal and team sales and profit goals - leading by example and developing team below
- Own and develop international pricing, promotions and strategic structures
- Develop, plan and execute sales strategies across all channels globally
- Own all sales demand forecasts and work with all internal stakeholders on demand and product plans.
- Work with marketing team to drive promotional activities including trade shows.
- Own departmental budget, presenting P&L plus sales forecasts to leadership monthly
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Streamline and optimise current sales processes and approach
The ideal Head of Sales Candidate:
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Senior Sales role working in a global environment
- Experience gained in physical tech products via Omni Channel approach
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience bringing new products to market, along with negotiations and contracts.
- Commercially and financially aware - experience of managing budgets and forecasts.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
