Salary: £32,000- 40,000 dependent on experience

I am excited to recruiting for a specialist luxury interior design firm who have extensive experience working on high end bespoke projects across a couple of sectors. Their close-knit friendly team have cultivated a supportive and collaborative environment and offer an excellent opportunity for you to become a key member of this growing practice. With a number of exciting projects on the horizon they are seeking a mid-Heavyweight Interior Designer to join their friendly studio near Maidstone.
The successful Mid-Heavy weight Interior Designer will have extensive post qualification experience in the luxury interior sector with a keen eye detail, passion for creativity with proficiency in conceptual design, space planning, fabrication techniques and strong knowledge of FF&E products.
Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Mid-Heavyweight Interior Designer:
- Degree in interior design
- Substantial post qualification experience in interior design
- Excellent knowledge of FF&E design
- Significant experience working on luxury and bespoke projects
- Confident using Sketch Up, Adobe, AutoCAD and other industry standard software
- Produce bespoke joinery and furniture concept drawings
- Manage own projects
- Work well independently and in a collaborative team
- Boast design flare and creativity
- Passion for luxury, high end design
- Produce soft furnishings, styling and lightening proposals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident liaising and presenting to clients
- Ensure high standards are met with projects deliver on time
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Attend site visits
- Own transport is required
- Lively in easily commuting distance to Maidenhead
