Our client is seeking a Sales Office Manager to join their growing team in Calne, Wiltshire. Leaders in their industry, this is a chance to make your mark supporting an internal sales team and the wider department.
Offering a salary of up to £34,000pa, you'll be based onsite in Calne Monday-Friday to lead, motivate and mentor the team.
As Sales Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing a team of 3 direct reports, including training, mentoring and process implementation.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are upheld.
- Monitoring inbound sales calls and emails and ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Being the conduit between the internal sales teams, the UK Sales Managers and other business functions.
- Conducting monthly reviews with team members, giving clear guidance and structure to their tasks in the month ahead.
We'd love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and order-processing software (SAP Business One desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
