An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner to join a well-established firm. My client is seeking a dedicated legal professional to manage a diverse caseload with a focus on estate administration, while delivering exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, primarily focusing on estate administration
- Oversee probate and estate administration from start to finish
- Advise clients on estate planning and inheritance tax
- Draft wills, powers of attorney, and trust documents
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years' PQE as a private client solicitor, FILEX, CLC, or experienced Fee Earner
- Comprehensive knowledge of probate, estate administration, wills, and trusts
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of consistent billing
The role offers a competitive salary between £40,000 and £55,000, depending on experience, along with 23 days of holiday, rising to 25 after 5 years, plus bank holidays.
