We are looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager with experience in OEM sales and a strong background in the DACH region. This is a fully remote role, allowing flexibility to be based anywhere in the UK or Germany. The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of electronics and technical sales. You will report to a line manager based in Germany, so experience working across regions is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer sales accounts and representative activities within the DACH region, driving new business and maintaining key accounts.
- Arrange customer visits to discuss new and existing requirements, providing technical product support.
- Conduct marketing analysis for products and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Generate sales inquiries, identify customer requirements, and prepare detailed quotations and proposals.
- Promote sales of standard and custom products, ensuring profitability in quotations and contract reviews.
- Continuously develop knowledge of high voltage products and applications.
- Maintain accurate sales information in the contact database.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 (Quality), ISO14001 (Environmental), and ISO45001 (Health & Safety) standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in OEM sales, particularly within the DACH region.
- Technical Expertise: Background in electronics and technical sales is essential.
- Education: An engineering degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering) or equivalent technical education.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work remotely and across international teams.
- Driving license: Preferred, as the role may involve some travel.
- Willingness to travel without restriction.
