Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with stakeholders across the business to improve performance and work efficiency
  • Manage suppliers on a day to day basis.
  • Organise and manage internal and external events, including employee incentives, exhibitions and seminars.
  • Responsible for enforcing procedures across the business, for example effective streamlined use of our CRM.
  • Handle data change/management support tickets with third party suppliers.
  • Support establishing guidelines, measurements, and metrics for the company's database.
  • Enter new data or resolve imported data issues from third party databases and perform data entry work, as necessary, to maintain the integrity of data within the CRM database.
  • Take ownership of the temporary contracts system and be the point of contact both internally and externally for all queries.
  • Collect, enter, and maintain data from various sources including job boards, social media platforms and internal recruitment databases.
  • Analyse and evaluate recruitment metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

**Skills

  • Exceptional organisational skills and methodical, with a task driven approach.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate large amounts of data.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in a B2B sector would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
