Band 6 Physiotherapist
Band 6- Inpatient/Community Rehabilitation locum Physiotherapist
- Up to 37 hours (Full-Time) for a period of 3 months
- Potential scope to extend time periodif unable to recruit to post- starting ASAP
- To provide inpatient and community/ domiciliary rehabilitation for conditions including stroke, frailty, elderly rehab., joint replacements, multiple sclerosis etc.
- Use of own car required for work purposes (pool cars readily available but use of own car required as back up)
- On site accommodation currently full but other local options available
- To work closely with the integrated & multidisciplinary teams
- Attend weekly MDT meetings and daily huddles as required
- To provide leave cover for colleagues
