You will lead the optimisation of their website and Amazon marketplaces - being pivotal in executing their international growth strategy and enhancing the customer experience across all digital channels. With a strong entrepreneurial mindset, you'll translate insights into action and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth: Lead initiatives to improve customer acquisition, retention, and segmentation, boosting sales across their digital platforms.
- Global Expansion: Implement their international Amazon strategy and spearhead the expansion of their direct-to-consumer (D2C) business into new global markets.
- Analyse & Optimise: Utilise Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, and social ads to continuously monitor and enhance site performance.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with their Brand Marketing team to deliver engaging online campaigns, from email marketing to product launches, ensuring all content is on-brand.
- Strategic Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, offering actionable recommendations to drive their e-commerce strategy forward.
- Operational Coordination: Work closely with fulfilment and sales teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
They are looking for:
- At least 2 years of e-commerce experience, particularly with Shopify and Amazon platforms, with a proven ability to drive D2C sales.
