Specialist Building Surveyor (Commercial)
Location: London
Contract: 3-Months
Work Schedule: 3 Days per Week in the Office
Hourly Rate: £80+ (Depending on Experience)
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
About the Role:
We are seeking a Specialist Surveyor with commercial background experience. The role involves:
- Conducting surveys of non-residential buildings.
- Providing detailed reports and assessments.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Surveying experience in a commercial background.
- Must be a Class 3 Specialist Surveyor (Class 2 may be considered).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
