Demon Recruitment Group is looking to recruit a number of telephone Negotiator's to join a leading client in Walton Upon Thames.
You must live within 30 min travelling time for this role.
Experience is not requrired as full training is on offer - if you have some phone, retail or admin experience - this is ideal.
This role is completely office based so please only apply if you are happy with 100% office based - The working hours are as follows and will include a mixture of the Monday - Friday shifts stated plus 1 Saturday per month from 9.00 am - 1.00 pm
Monday-Friday
8.30am - 5:00pm
10am - 6.30pm
Saturday (one per calendar month)
9.00am - 1:00pm
Duties:
- Taking/Making inbound and outbound calls to discuss repayments
- Speaking to customers on chat
- Taking payments
- Negotiating payment arrangements if a customer cannot pay in full
Background
- Customer service or retail experience (2 years preferred)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confident phone manner
- Friendly and empathetic, with good active listening skills
- A positive attitude and reliable
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to provide information quickly and clearly
- Ability to problem solve and provide customers with options
Previous experience is not required for this role, the training team will provide a bespoke training programme to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to exceed in the role.
