The Real Estate Paralegal's Role
The successful Real Estate Paralegal will assist the legal team in managing a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments. The Real Estate Paralegal will draft and review legal documents, conduct legal research, and liaise with clients and external parties. Working closely with experienced solicitors, the Real Estate Paralegal will ensure all real estate matters are handled efficiently and effectively, maintaining the firm's high standards of client service.
The Real Estate Paralegal
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Paralegal, preferably in a busy legal firm.
- Strong knowledge of property law and real estate transactions.
- Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to real estate.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Legal qualification or certification in paralegal studies is highly desirable.
