Sales Administrator Graduate

Pay Rate: Starting Salary: £28k + £2,700 Area Allowance (Total £30,700)
Quarterly Bonus: Guaranteed £4k in the first year
Location: Stockley Park, Uxbridge
Hours: 08:30am - 5:15pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Administration:
- Accurately enter customer orders into the CRM system
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via telephone and email to address queries
- Ensure promised delivery dates to customers are upheld
- Manage the end-to-end order process, including dispatch and delivery updates
- Process customer quotations
- Handle stock control and transfers
- Maintain daily communication with the warehouse
- Conduct self-audits and identify areas for improvement in the warehouse
- Support the entire flow of goods from the parent company to end customers
Personal Requirements of a Sales Administrator:
- Experience in a professional environment is a plus, but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Logical and precise thinker with numerical proficiency
- Target-oriented with the ability to self-evaluate and innovate
- Strong team player and collaborator
- Independent worker with the ability to meet defined objectives
- Capable of handling pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Multi-tasker with high attention to detail
Qualifications and Experience of a Sales Administrator:
- 2:1 Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Full driving licence required
