Day to Day of the role:

  • Answering telephones, transferring calls, and taking messages efficiently.
  • Handling guest correspondence and other typing tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintaining precise records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Communicating and coordinating with various departments to support operations.
  • Filing documents systematically and managing archives.
  • Keeping the office space tidy and maintaining adequate office supplies.
  • Performing general administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of the office.
