Interim Management Accountant Job, Taunton - 6 month FTC - Hybrid working arrangements
Due to an internal promotion, an enthusiastic and reliable qualified accountant is required by a friendly organisation on the outskirts of Taunton for a period of 6 months. There will be an opportunity to be considered for a permanent role at the end of the assignment for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts including commentary
- Business Partnering with budget holders
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Cashflow
- Planning
- Balance sheet reconciliations and analysis
- Ensuring efficiencies in systems and processes
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant, CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent
- Proven management accounting skills
- Good team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- Strong Excel skills including lookups and Pivot tables
