Senior Claims Executive

Our client who is a Lloyds Broker is looking for a Senior Claims Executive to join their expanding Claims department in the Birmingham office. The purpose of the role is to assist the Sports and Entertainment Claims team due to an increased workload.

Main Duties:

  • Handle claims from cradle to grave
  • Act as key point of contact between clients and insurers
  • Deal with complex claims effectively
  • Work closely with clients daily
  • Create comprehensive claims documentations and deal with claims and settlements
  • Present claims to Underwriters while dealing with any queries that arise
  • Maintain any ongoing delegated authority contracts appropriately and cost effectively

Essential Skills Required:

  • Previous experience within a Claims role
  • Strong understanding of Insurance
  • Knowledge of handling Commercial Claims
  • Excellent knowledge of the claims handling process
  • Strong IT skills

Desirable:

  • Good organisation skills
  • Property and/ or Liability claims experience
