Your new role
- Support strategic initiatives like fundraising, M&A, and capital optimisation.
- Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Finance and Group CFO on value-driven opportunities.
- Analyse financial data and prepare reports for senior leadership.
- Conduct competitor analysis, benchmarking, and problem-solving.
- Participate in M&A due diligence and valuation exercises.
- Assist in preparing business reviews and project status reports.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in finance, business, or economics.
- Tech industry experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
