The Role:
We are looking for an energetic and thoughtful Global Senior Brand Manager to join our client's team. In this pivotal role, you will architect strategies that breathe life into their global marketing objectives, champion product innovation, and drive sustainable growth. If you are passionate about transforming insights into action and dreams into reality, they offer an expansive opportunity to carve out success in the consumer health arena.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovations and brand development initiatives from idea generation to consumer validation and launch readiness, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Assess market and consumer dynamics to define and deploy strategies for your areas of responsibility.
  • Partner with global shopper marketing to deliver guidelines and tool kits to local markets for activation.
  • Act as the lead contact for specific countries/regions, supporting local strategy and executions and adapting global strategies to fit regional insights.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers to support the development and delivery of innovation projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • A solid history of crafting and launching successful brand marketing strategies in FMCG or consumer health sectors.
  • Experience in local, global, or regional roles.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Clear and collaborative communication style with a knack for fostering meaningful stakeholder relationships
  • Expertise in navigating diverse global markets and tailoring strategies to unique environments.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights to drive innovation and sustain product development cycles.
  • Experience with digital media and eCommerce and understanding how to leverage online platforms for brand growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen to optimise marketing strategies.
