About the role

If you are the business development professional we are looking for, you will join a rapidly growing interiors business, based at our Chesterfield office with national travel required.

You will identify, develop relationships and secure new business with senior leaders and industry professionals to create high performing and empowering environments by using your strategic ability to drive the business forward.

You will be responsible for:

  • Researching and proactively targeting clients where our values and services align
  • Leveraging your network and social media platforms to educate and inform our target audience, to drive new opportunities
  • Accurate and consistent use of the CRM system
  • Develop new opportunities through the design and build process, working collaboratively with others in the team
  • Executing a robust strategy to support clients and achieve the KPI's for the business
  • Nurturing relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Professionally representing the company
  • Achieving new revenue
