Your new company
This organisation is in the luxury goods market, selling their products all over the world. They are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join the team to manage their portfolio of high net worth individuals and product coordination activities.
Your new role
Your new role will be responsible for all correspondence with the clients on their luxury product. Clients often want to make edits and changes to their product and so you will note these down for the workshops. You will raise quotes for customers and update them along their product journey on any updates required. You will keep the system up to date on any changes and ensure you have excellent communication across the organisation to ensure all projects are on the right track.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have ideally come from a high end customer service environment where you dealt with a physical product. It would be very beneficial if you've got good knowledge of SAP, ERPs and other CRMs as you will be expected to use these. You will also have an interest in working within a luxury goods market.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £38,000 alongside a generous benefits package. The role is based on site between Monday and Friday and there is plenty of parking on site.
