£48,000 - £55,000 per annum + bens
Hybrid split: 3 days in office | 2 days from home
Location: City of London
Working hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm
Our client, a magic circle law firm based in the heart of London is looking for a Resourcing Specialist to join their world-class global HR Function within their Talent and Resourcing team. This is a perm role starting as soon as possible paying a salary of between £48,000 - £55,000.
The resourcing team has overall responsibility of fulfilling all recruitment requirements for the London office, and you will play an integral part in supporting the strategic recruitment needs of the business as a whole.
Responsibilities will include and not limited to:
- Responsibility for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for specific legal practices and business team roles
- Candidate attraction, generation, engagement and management
- Direct sourcing and management of recruitment agencies and suppliers
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies
- Coordinating and leading assessment days and interviews
- Build and maintain talent pipelines
- Monitoring and managing recruitment budgets
- Produce management information and reporting
- Supporting Resourcing Managers on strategic recruitment initiatives
- Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition
Attributes/Skills Required
- Ideally seeking someone with in-house recruitment experience within legal, professional services or financial services
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Experience of both fee-earner and business team staff recruitment experience
- Strategic and innovative in approach to work and tasks
