Internal Sales Coordinator

  • Salary Range: £25,000 - £27,000 (Depending on Experience)
  • (pro-rata for 6-month FTC)
  • Location: Stowmarket / Hybrid
  • Job Type: Full-time, 6-month Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries, qualifying leads, and maintaining excellent organisational skills and telephone manner.

Day to day of the role:

  • Respond to incoming sales enquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate with the Sales team to ensure follow-up.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Support the Sales team with administrative tasks and customer communications.
  • Utilise CRM systems to manage and track sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and improve sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing sales leads.
