Portfolio Payroll are partnered with a successful global organisation currently seeking a strategic & experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to join them on a permanent, full time basis.
Reporting into HR and playing a key part in the core leadership team, this role will manage the daily operations of the large payroll team.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and support the operation of payroll processing across 30 + EMEA countries
- Involvement in the implementation and migration of new EMEA entities & payroll providers
- Management of a large payroll team - driving the development of the team, carrying out 1:1s & appraisals
- Maintain relationships with payroll vendors throughout EMEA
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement changes
- Provide leadership and support to develop areas for growth & advancement
- Lead on payroll related projects within EMEA
Experience required:
- Extensive experience in a Payroll Management role
- Experience of coordinating multiple EMEA payrolls
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive payroll teams forward
- Experience of managing large payroll teams
