Client Services Business Analyst

**Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to create a Client Services integration framework.
- Support Heads of Client Services in reviewing and optimizing departmental procedures.
- Regularly review and enhance current processes.
- Work closely with IT to document and implement technical solutions, including data uploads and large-scale data changes.
- Manage small projects, driving improvement in client communication, exception reporting, and compliance.
- Participate in the development and execution of new business integration and Consumer Duty initiatives.
- Assist in implementing Compliance Monitoring action points.
- Promote a unified development path for onshore and offshore teams.
**Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of FCA Rules and Regulations.
- Expertise in systems, internal processes, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Money Laundering, Corporate Actions, Consumer Duty).
- Excellent communication, report writing, and project management skills.
- Ability to solve problems with creativity and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Avaloq and financial systems is advantageous.
