Job: Customer Service Supervisor
Location: Southall
Salary: £28,500 - £30,500 plus commission
Main Responsibilities:
Our well-established Southall based client are currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor who will lead a team of representatives, working with a large variety of clients and ensuring the team are meeting client expectations.
Key Skills:
- Lead a team of customer service representatives, overseeing daily operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Developed and implemented training programs that improved team efficiency and service quality
- Reviews and appraisals
- Managing sickness and lateness
- Managing KPI's
- Call listening
- Managing courtesy call backs to customers daily via a call plan
- Managing customer accounts
- Implementing new structures and systems
- Product knowledge training
- Dealing with complaints and queries
- Recruitment process
- Placing daily orders
- Dealing with HR queries
Experience:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Organised
- Good communication skills
- Results orientated and target driven
- Proactive and committed
