**District Area Manager - East Midlands
I am exclusively representing a client within the Food industry operating across East Midlands. They are looking to expand their team and onboard an experienced Retail and/or Restaurant Manager, who has managed multiple-sites and looking to step up into a District Manager position.
What to expect from this role:
As a District Manager, you will be expected to provide exceptional leadership for multiple sites across the East Midlands. Your role will be focused on driving performance, managing strategies and creating goals for your team. Your role as a District Manager would also include recruitment, reviews and site auditing. This role requires travel across the multiple sites our client looks after within East Midlands.

What will you get in return:
- A salary ranging between £42,000 - £48,000 depending on experience
- Quarterly 15% bonus
