This multi-disciplinary construction company provide services across both the public and private sectors. They have a have a proven record of delivering a variety of high-quality design & build projects to residential, commercial, industrial, education, heritage, retail and leisure clientele. The business has managed to maintain a strong order book in a challenging industry due to their high-levels of service. They are now searching for an Junior/Assistant Estimator to join their small but growing commercial team.
In this role you report to the Senior Estimator of the business, you will be responsible for assisting in all relvant estimating & commercial activities including the take off of drawings.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in Estimating in a related industry. You will have a Full UK driving license and live within a commutable distance from the office.

The Role:
- Report directly to the Senior Estimator
- Assist in all relevant estimating and commercial duties
- Working on a variety of construction projects for residential, commercial, industrial, education, heritage, retail and leisure clientele
- Office based near Luton, with site travel when required
The Person:
- Junior/Assistant Estimator
- Some practical experience of interpretating drawing's and doing take off's
- Highly motivated with a desire to learn, take on more responsibility, and progress
- Lives a commutable distance from Luton
