Randstad Construction & Property is collaborating with a national Facilities Management company to recruit a Fabric Engineer with commercial experience for general maintenance duties in Edinburgh.
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £35,650
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Mobile

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks
- Carry out routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on various systems and equipment
- Apply basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems for repairs and installations
- Provide exceptional service and efficiently resolve any issues
- Comply with safety protocols and regulations
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Any trade qualification
- Experience in building maintenance
- Ability to maintain and repair a range of equipment
- Commercial experience
