Product Administrator - What will I be doing?

As a Product Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing essential data that supports internal teams and external partners. Your role entails ensuring the seamless integration of product information into the organisation's exclusive reservations system.

  • Extract and transfer data from source documents within specified timeframes.
  • Develop and review commercial rate agreements, contract loading documents, and validate contracts entered by colleagues for precision.
  • Maintain accurate product information within the reservations system
  • Update product details within the organisation's internal Product Manuals.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of data, identifying and resolving discrepancies or escalating issues for resolution.
  • Provide initial support to reservations system users, adeptly troubleshooting and communicating solutions.
  • Assist the finance department in addressing invoicing queries.
  • Take ownership of refining processes and procedures within the role's scope, striving for enhanced operational efficiency.

Product Administrator - What experieince do I need?

  • Demonstrated proficiency in data entry or administrative roles, showcasing strong organisational skills.
  • Adaptability and capacity to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

  • Proficiency in Office365 tools and the confidence to navigate digital platforms.

Product Administrator - What else do I need to know?

This is a hybrid role based 2 days a week in their amazing offices in Dorking. Hours are Monday to Friday 9 - 5 .The salary is between £25k - £26k with the following benefits:
