The role of the Accounts Receivable Assistant:
- Ensure sales invoices are raised in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain a low level of debt
- Ensure accurate reporting to the banks
- Cash Allocation
- Invoicing
- Credit Control
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
- Process end of day for the bank
- Assist with month-end closing
- Sales Ledger and business process improvement
- Provide cover for other team members
- Investigate customer claims and challenge where required
